NEWS about BUCK!T . . .
Tour Downunder 2018
22nd January 2018
Looking back...what an amazing few weeks here in Adelaide during TDU2018!!
There was the third edition of MAKER in Ebenezer Place; filled with Australian talent!
Many thanks to Treadly & Splash Adelaide for once again making it happen!
We made a whole host of custom products for Japanese cyclist Fumy Beppu (Team Trek Segafredo); some of his team staff and also some guys at AG2R & ASTANA!
Craig caught up with Douglas Ryder, owner of Team Dimension Data for the first time in two decades (!) and plans are afoot for something really special...
There was also some riding with teams (re-cons of various TDU stages); watching the races themselves (including the women's TDU - go ladies!!) and connecting with team mechanics for those all-important raw materials that would've headed to landfill!
Custom MICROwallets galore!
12th February 2018
It's been a busy time for us with wallet-making in particular over the past few months, though of course we continue to make custom WATCHbelts and other products too!
During the TDU2018 we made a very special EU-sized JRwallet for Fumy Beppu (Trek Segafredo Pro-Team); including red-striped exterior; full-sized notes sleeve to fit euros, a handy multi-function coin-pocket & some punched detailing too!
We also made an EU-sized microCLIP wallet in Schwalbe HT black/grey (with subtle blue details inside) for Ben Gastauer (AG2R La Mondial) as a gift to his father, complete with a presentation box made from upcycled card!
Lastly, we made a JRwallet for a patient customer in Qhubeka blue/black finish; with hidden pocket & simple card-slots in matching blue; also in a presentation box!
We also developed the microKEY - our answer to the ultimate cycling wallet!

Our NEW saddleBAGs are go!
20th April 2018
Necessity has once again been the mother of invention!
When my neat little under-saddle-pod was stolen at the TDU, I decided it was time to make my own version and the BUCK!T saddleBAG was born!
After gathering some interest on instagram, we set up a pre-order and were swamped with like-minded people after something unique and different to show their taste. The product went through a testing + prototyping phase, followed by some refinement in the details, procurement of smarter zips and then manufacture of the finished article.
The saddleBAG & saddleBAGplus are now available to order in a wide range of finishes, including some premium colours / textures (see the pink+black FMB in the photo alongside!).

MICROkey - no more jersey snags!
20th April 2018
Are you tired of your keys snagging that expensive cycling jersey of yours?
Looking for a compact solution to carrying your house-keys along with some cash?
We certainly were...which is why we designed the MICROkey
This tiny little marvel fits neatly into that zippered pocket in your cycling jersey, keeps your house-keys out of harms way, has space for some emergency cash (or a payTAG mini paywave bank card like we use!) and looks as stylish and unique as you'd come to expect from a product that's hand-made by us!
Available in a range of finishes or custom-order for something even more unique!
Our holiday in the Dolomites!
4th August 2018
After a BIG push to get stock off to a new stockist in the USA (more news coming soon on that!) and a rush of orders through the Tour de France month; it was time to head off for some much needed sunshine and cycling...
We've based ourselves in Rovereto (Trentino) for August, exploring some of the >800km of bike paths; amazing valleys, lakes and vast mountains. Every day presents more spectacular views, which we try in vain to capture and share...but the reality is you just need to get yourself here and experience it first hand - you won't regret it!!
We'll be a little slow to respond to any queries, but promise to get back to you!
Meanwhile, if you can't escape for now...why not live vicariously through our photos shared on Facebook, Instagram and STRAVA?

New stockist in the USA
3st August 2018
We have been working closely with Peter + Jessica of Rocket Bicycle Studio over the past few months, to deliver a range of BUCK!T products to best suit their customer base.
We sent all the stock that we'd prepared via international courier, just before we left on our holiday in the Dolomites...allowing us to relax knowing they were happy!
Peter + Jessica have excitingly just moved to a new store set-up in Verona, Wisconsin; after putting in loads of work to fit it out just the way they wanted; including plenty of space for display, servicing, bike-fitting and spin-classes too!
RBC currently stock our belts, wallets and watches, with more sure to come in the future months, so pop in and check them out if you're in Verona!
NCC criterium PREME sponsorship
12th October 2018
We're very proud to announce that BUCK!T will be sponsoring the preme sprint competition at Norwood Cycling Club's Tuesday Night Criterium racing in Victoria Park / Pakapakanthi, after the current sponsor pulled out rather suddenly!
Each grade's preme winner will be presented with either a voucher or a MICROcard wallet made especially for the series - so make sure you get involved.
Vouchers can be traded in against the purchase of a belt, wallet, saddlebag, etc either online, in person at the BUCK!T pop-up stall* or through placing a custom order.
Any tyre or tubular donations will also be very welcomed on the night...
* Our on-bike pop-up stall will be set up whenever possible, so look out for us!

#neklevel custom watchbelts
We've taken on many custom watchbelt commissions over the years...from a Russian Tank Commander's watch...to a Victorinox Seaplane, with propriatory quick-fit connection...to a Citizen Ecodrive for which a band could no longer be sourced.
This project was for a CLERQ watch, belonging to local cyclist Adam (who also happens to be the Australian rep for Molten Speedwax!).
Adam was sick of forking out HUGE sums of money for OEM straps that failed within six months; so asked us to design something that used the current snap-lock fitting; fitted in with the complex connection detail and also added character to this watch!
It took a few hours of prototyping before starting to make the final strap; and another two hours later it was done - all good things take time!
